Trust Matters collects and uses your personal data responsibly to provide you with appropriate services relating to your financial planning, wills and trust preparation and funeral services. The Data Protection Act 1998/2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) provide us with a contractual or regulatory right to hold your data to continue to provide services to you. The act also gives you the right to view data we hold on you and for you to request its removal or correction.

We will keep your personal information confidential at all times except to the extent we are compelled to disclose it by law or to third parties as part of the services we provide to you. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure therefore whilst we will do our best to protect your personal data we cannot guarantee its security whilst being transmitted and any such action is undertaken at your risk.

Collecting and Using your Data

Presently, it is unlikely that you will be providing us with your personal data when visiting our website.  You may choose to complete our enquiry form via the website and we will use this data to contact you. By submitting this enquiry form you consent to our use of the information for that purpose. We may use the details of your visits to our website for statistical analysis and management information purposes.

From time to time our website may contain links to other websites. Whilst every care is taken to ensure these links are appropriate and secure, if you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites should have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies or the data retention thereafter.
